Make it easy for your guests to request tickets to the events you sponsor. Provide a custom website where requests can be made by employees or others. Link to an online system where requests can be reviewed and approved and guests can be imported into an integrated event management system.

 

Help your guests feel special before, during and after the event. Send welcome messages with special information about the event. Include photos and welcome videos from players, drivers or other talent. Follow up with thank you messages and photo galleries after the event. Send a framed picture or other memento after the event.

 

Provide a welcoming check-in experience. Let your guests check in via iPads, or handle it for them. Use iPads to deliver updates and personal messages at check-in. Confirm and capture contact information for use during and after the event. Automatically notify a host of a guest’s arrival.

 

Let your guests know what to expect. Email every guest a custom itinerary before the event, with notes about special dinners and other activities. Include information about dress expectations and photos of prior events. If schedules change during the event, send updates by email or SMS only to those who have checked in and may be affected by the change.

 

Follow the event with a short survey. Automatically link the results to your integrated event management system, where they can be used as part of a multi-factor analysis of the event. Aggregate the results from multiple events for use in your rankings of properties and platforms.
